The lifts I did make I am so proud of. Both very strong at 90kg/198lbs Snatch and 105kg/231lbs Clean & Jerk. I had not hit 90 in over a year and obviously was very happy with how I executed it. ? Increased my total from Chicago a few weeks ago to 195 and saw so much forward momentum in my progress. This is the best overall I have looked as a weightlifter in general even though I didn’t come up with that big lift at the end - feels amazing when you see your hard work paying off.
