•1 teaspoon oil
•6 mini tortilla wraps/ 3 large wholemeal wraps •½ red onion, finely chopped
•1 red pepper
•100g mushrooms
•1 teaspoon ground cumin
•1 teaspoon chilli powder
•1 teaspoon paprika
•1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

½ cup baby plum tomatoes, chopped
½ red onion, finely chopped
Juice of half a lime
