I wish I had my suunto data for vertical week! Unfortunately Suunto couldn't care less about their customers. I've called the customer support number EVERY DAY FOR THE LAST WEEK and have heard nothing but excuses. I've been waiting 4 days for a manager to call me back. Nothing. These software issues have been going on for years - forums all over the internet are full of people who have lost data because of the terrible software and lack of customer support. This is not acceptable. I wish I had known this before I purchased a Suunto product.
