On my way to who I am today, I had to learn a lot. Competitions have been a good teacher, not only for my climbing, but also for my everyday life.

One of the lessons I had to learn is that I need to enjoy myself and the process in order to do well.

You can't force a good result in a competition and no matter how physically strong you are, you can't guarantee a good performance.

But if you are having fun and you are enjoying to climb the boulders/routes at the end of the day you had a good time and often the good result comes along automatically.

In everyday life it's no different. Forcing things to happen will make you unhappy and trying hard, but enjoying the process will bring success.
