It felt like the first month was spent watching it get worse. Things improved dramatically after seeing my physio @pabloscorza 🙏 Pablo says that one of the reasons I’m often injured is that my mind is stronger than my body. I’m not 100% sure I agree but there is probably some truth there. What I do know is that I’m lucky to have him to pick up the pieces when I am injured. I just wish I could take him with me on my travels! I’ll be back in Bishop next weekend coaching and speaking at the @heyflashfoxy climbing fest.
