I know exactly how you feel, tho my reasons for insomnia are stress, worrying and things I'm feeling about myself. I hate insomnia and I had bad sleeping patterns from about 2011ish and it slowly very slowly got worse until about 2014 when it started getting worse and worse. Tho due to my job now, I have to get sleep and try to sleep earlier. Its hard I know the feeling. The only thing I can give advice on is make your self tired by working and exercising. My work has slightly helped.

Lavender essential oils help, meditation or breathing exercises & if you’re not against it, try smoking some pot 🤷🏻♀️ also avoid eating and exercise 2 hours before bedtime. Try being active throughout the day to get yourself more tired around night time.

You dont have insomnia, you're still getting enough sleep but you're circadian rhythm is off. You just need to reset it to whatever time you actually want to be asleep at. It takes a little bit but you'll be ok

Hope it gets better 😭❤️ I also read this thing that you mustn't have your phone by you when you sleep..maybe that helps haha😂

Insomnia is when you have difficulty falling asleep, don’t you mean narcolepsy dealing with excessive daytime sleep

Same. U just can’t help it. I go to sleep like at 9a.m. And wake up at 4:30p.m.
