9 months in vs 9 months out. Pregnancy is next level, it’s so challenging not just physically but emotionally to embrace all the changes your body goes through with out WITHOUT your consent! I gained 31lbs which put my birth weight at 180. I’m not going to lie it was really difficult to love my body during every moment of pregnancy, there were definitely times when I just felt so big and bloated. But what I would like to highlight is 1- it was totally worth it & 2- you can get your body back through consistent hard work! I’m back down to about 151lbs, still breast feeding!
