Once a week I give myself a “free day” in the gym. I do what ever I want. Usually it’s some challenge or different/unique exercises. Give this shoulder/cardio workout a save and try later! 💪🏽 SHOW SOME LOVE- like this and tell me what you’d like to see a video of next .

1️⃣.Prison push-ups. Pre exhausting shoulders. To perform them start by doing one push-up popping straight to your feet and raising are arms overhead- touch the back of your hands. Then 2 push ups, etc. All the way to 10.

2️⃣. Handstand push-up as many as possible -SUPERSET with
3️⃣. Jump rope- 25 double under or 50 normal.
After completing both exercises rest for 90 seconds. Repeat for a total of three more times.

4️⃣. Heavy med ball clean and toss. Use a heavier med ball than u would normally ( I did 50lbs). Pick the med ball off off the ground, preform a clean and then tossing up to a 10ft target.
-SUPERSET with
5️⃣. Plank crawls with slider. Using something that you can slide your feet on. Using just your hands crawl forward 10 yards, then back 10 yards.

Rest for one minute after performing the superset and complete three more times!
