Before Kyler, I had a flat stomach but no curves or definition AT ALL 😂 Having him gave me hips (he also gave me tetherball titties but I fixed that STAT) and also made me work on my core and cardio because I wanted to tone up my stomach as soon as possible. When I gain weight It tends to go to my mid section & thighs, and I have my mom to thank for those genetics. Doctor said I’m finally healthy enough to go back to my full workout schedule and heavy lifting. I feel great but I will say I feel like I have the bladder of a toddler before bed because I’ve been drinking so much water to flush out all the medications/toxins.
