'One of the most surreal experiences I had when flying from the #Faroe Islands was getting a window seat view of the impressive Lake Sørvágsvatn, which is known as 'the lake over the ocean', on the island of Vágar. rebecca_b_land I have been a long time defender of traditional whaling, however I do feel the islands would boom from tourism if the hunt ended and they started whale watching. A live whale is worth more than a dead one.
