I saw this post when you shared it and it has taken me so long, and two tearful viewings of the video to answer what blue on black means to me in the context of the video. I live in the town next to Paradise, California. I woke up with my friend who was staying with me overnight for a fun sleep over, to find an orange sky, and the news that she lost her home. I'm a college student. Her husband was far away. I took in her family, everyone I know took in people who lost everything. The days following were a blur. In the midst of criticism from a black lives matter movement in my hometown, first responders and law enforcement all over California stepped up and made a real difference. This video was...everything to me and so many in the community in which I live, seek an education, and hold people near to my heart. Thank you to you and everyone who participated in the song and the video. It means the world to see something so raw put in to song and to film. Music is our most inexhaustible form of magic.

Helloooo, my name is Kimberlly, I'm 20 years old and I'm Brazilian. Here the Queen band has always been a success and continues to be, everyone has heard at least one song from the band and everyone knows how to do that thing of clapping. ALL. it is common for some types of parties to do so. So, basically Bri, the Queen made history, and it was part of my youth as well as that of many other people. I watched the movie Bohemian Rhapsody and found it incredible. I had no idea what you were like or did before the Queen, and during. Freddie is a known memorable artist and I believe everyone wanted him to be here yet. In the movie we got to know you more Bri, I thought great, you guys are great, I wish I could meet you. Sorry for my English
With affection, Kim.

@brianmayforreal I've been a Queen fan since I was about 8 years old (I'm 38 now) and I saw you live for the first time in Chicago back in 2014. I was so emotionally happy and overwhelmed by seeing you and the Red Special that I started crying and possibly freaking out the couple next to me hahaha! I kept saying do you see that guitar??? Did you know he made that with his father???? Do you actually SEE that guitar??? Ha! I was blown away by the whole show!

I recently watched the YouTube video of the launch of The Red Special book - man, did I enjoy that improvisation with whale sounds! I loved also your answer to the question of what expensive acoustic guitar you would choose, and that your choice wasn't the most costly. I might get a small guitar & attempt to teach myself to play. Love from Michigan, US.

Love the song. And love the use of a wah? Or did I hear wrong. But even with wah it's immediately recognizable. Funny story I heard "you and I" for the first time and told my wife "that's Brian playing" and it was :). Love it. And hope to enjoy your music for many many years to come.
