The Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited New Zealand House in London today to sign the Book of Condolence which was opened following the terrorist attacks in Christchurch.
Their Royal Highnesses visited New Zealand last October.

@jimjimjimbojack Dear her child is her belly. She is touching her child. It is a very normal action to cradle your baby while inside the belly. That IS the ONLY means of communication with an unborn child. Do some research from any medical media and you will find out that is soothing and calming to an unborn infant. Don’t you love to be touched and comforted by your mom?

@nitinat_04 No, because it’s never been done before. The constant PDA really does take the focus off of what they are doing and onto them. Let’s remember, they are being supported by the public. So when they are “ working,” not strolling alone down the lane, maybe they could show more respect for their position. It’s just too relaxed.

@goutkovskaya_diana agree with you. We aren’t used to Royals being so tactile; constant hand holding, back rubs and tummy hand. We all can express our shock over the newness of it all. Have to admit it takes the emphasis off the “job” and onto Meghan. That I believe is the problem, it does come off a bit as self obsessed. JS

@krisplas they can’t please everyone, some people feel more comfortable around relaxed people rather than stiff and formal people, they just have to be true to themselves and not try to please everyone - someone will always find fault

@theroyalfamily loved her in suits but not liking her now as she is pushing royal boundaries and trying to change what they are about put me right off her
