Be yourself and not led by thoughts going in circles about yesterday and tomorrow. Be in the present moment to relax yourself, your head and then you can go on. 🌱🌷 Neben dem ganzen Schabernack, der in mir vorgeht kann ich auch sehr tiefgründig sein. Ich mache mir Gedanken über die Welt und das menschliche Handeln. Ich bilde mich jeden Tag weiter. Und ich gönne meinem Kopf Pausen in Form von Meditation, Sport, Natur etc., um mein geistiges Leistungsniveau halten zu können. Genug Vitamine in frischem Obst und Gemüse sind auch wichtig.
