It's hamantaschen time! Purim is a day where people of Jewish faith contemplate the ability of our lives to change in an instant. "In the flip of a barrel," we say, everything can be turned upside-down. Some of my hamantaschen didn't stay closed this year, but such is life. They're still tasty. Also, am I mistaken, or does my dough in the last pic look like the shape of Scotland?? .
