@caitlinraux was first introduced to the simple, perfect wonder of tortilla de patatas whilst living abroad in Salamanca, Spain. 🇪🇸 With just four inexpensive ingredients—eggs, potatoes, onions, and a hedonistic amount of olive oil—her host mother threw a tortilla together and served it with crusty hunks of bread.
