[[PERSPECTIVE]] I have been a trainer for 10 YEARS. It's my JOB to workout, to be on my feet all day with clients helping them to be the best, HEALTHIEST version of themselves. I have been fit and active for as long as I can remember!!! I have always loved SPORT and started playing basketball when I was 6 years old. I have been doing my #BBG program FOREVER.
