メリッサ・ラウシュさんのインスタグラム写真 - (メリッサ・ラウシュInstagram)「Banana Bread Recipe that some of you asked for when I posted the "making of" on my stories a little while back. Sorry for the delay, but you're not the boss of me so I took my sweet ass time because I felt like it! It is #gluten & #dairy free, but add all the gluten & dairy you wanna if you wanna. 3 Ripe Bananas and 1 extra for topping (to get them ripe, purchase them when they are not ripe - by the time you bring them home they should be ready to be thrown in the garbage) 1 egg 1/4 Cup melted coconut oil - I like the kind that is already melted because I'm lazy AF 1/4 C maple syrup 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup almond flour 1 3/4 cups gluten free oat flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp lemon juice (can also use orange juice if you don't feel like cutting into a lemon and squeezing that little citrus bitch just for a tsp) 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (Optional. As I learned from my stories some of you were really pissed about me adding nuts...So if you don't like them, just take a breath, punch a wall and don't add them). Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F/176.667 C (For those of you who are using Celsius, I want it noted that I looked up that conversion for you because I had zero idea what it was without the resource of Google. You're welcome for saving you a step. I really feel like you owe me one for that. And Fahrenheit people, don't get too smug-maybe next time I'll just give the Celsius info and you see how you like it)!! Mix all the above ingredients together until it's, well, properly mixed obvi! Pour into loaf pan. If you don't have one - pour into any pan you have and just deal with the fact that it may not look like bread. Slice that extra banana and lay them all over the top to make it look purdy. Bake for about an hour. One benefit of placing the banana slices on top is that you can lift one up and stick a fork in the bread to see if it's done and then place the banana on top again to cover up the mark you made like a real baller. Take out of oven when ready (with a mitt, Crazy!) I like to spread almond butter on top which I know will tick some folks off, but it will be okay. We will be okay.」3月23日 6時04分 - melissarauch

3 Ripe Bananas and 1 extra for topping (to get them ripe, purchase them when they are not ripe - by the time you bring them home they should be ready to be thrown in the garbage)
1 egg
1/4 Cup melted coconut oil - I like the kind that is already melted because I'm lazy AF
1/4 C maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond flour
1 3/4 cups gluten free oat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice (can also use orange juice if you don't feel like cutting into a lemon and squeezing that little citrus bitch just for a tsp)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (Optional. As I learned from my stories some of you were really pissed about me adding nuts...So if you don't like them, just take a breath, punch a wall and don't add them).
