liliana.blg That is not the right way to do online shopping in nowadays @zarahome after taking all precautions for the order of a coffee table to not be shipped, clinking the “Cancel Order“ for infinite times and telling me to “try again later”, writing to the customer support and replying after 2 days that the order has been shipped and they can’t do nothing. Now I have to bear the return costs and send the coffee table 1000 km away in another country, in POLAND, because in my county Zara Home doesn’t accept delivery returns, after talking all the necessary precautions for a order to not be shipped! Thank you @ZaraHome for the amazing online shopping experience and customer support (suggested that I’m a Lair that it isn’t a Cancel Order button). So if you ever want to order something from @zarahome think twice because you don’t have a chance to change your mind, and you might have to return the order to another country!
