Injury update!
Together with my team @kolbywayne we made a plan to return to competition next week at the @lpgakiaclassic . After 4 days of rest, ice/hot treatment and help from the LPGA physical team I am very happy with the progress.
The hardest part is to be patient, I want to hit balls and play, but step by step!

All athletes want to return to competition as soon as you can. Heal make sure you are strong to avoid re-injury. Then kick it up💪

Don't rush anything. If you need another couple of weeks take it. Long term injury isn't worth it, you are!
