Maui is officially in the books, so I’m doing a few extra things in the next few weeks to really take it to the next level. .
I consistently train but my diet isn’t always on point. .
1. Full gallon of water daily
2. 20 minutes hit cardio 3x of week.
3. Limiting sugar to 60-70 grams a day
4. Strategically placing my carbs only pre and post workout.
5. Trying to sleep more
