Just be YOU. When I was swimming and still sometimes now, I get self conscious about my “swimmers” shoulders 💪🏼🏊🏼‍♀️.But everyday I remind myself of how much they have provided an incredible journey and sport for me. They have been through everything and i’m now learning that strong is beautiful. 💁🏼‍♀️Strong is sexy. Muscles on women are epic. So don’t shy away from muscles or your incredible body. 🚺⭐️
