Many of the world’s superpowers are looking to space. 👀
India recently shot down a satellite with an anti-satellite missile, thus earning the country a spot in a mix of world powers that are exercising such capability. Many are watching as the United States, China and Russia sprint to equip their arsenals with anti-satellite missiles.
Still, while simultaneously touting the military strength the test demonstrates, India declared that it is "against the weaponization of outer space," according to Shambhu Hakki, a spokesperson for the Indian Embassy.
