One of the main objectives is to bring back the 5 year old care free and authentic versions of ourselves. Or at least be able to know that its always there for us to come back to. Theres so many defenses and masks we put on as we age. So many layers of defenses we wrap around ourselves to mask our true fears and insecurities. To be able to survive the harsh realities of life is to disconnect to how we really feel. So many things we do unnecessarily and behaviours we develop to fit in or to numb ourselves from the pain of heartbreak and disappointments. Its been an enlightening experience venturing to LA LA land and unlearning what needs to be unlearnt.
