I made a video from my circuit I came up with at the gym.
It’s a simple set of exercises that you can follow in this video [insert @ビヨンセ motivation 😅]. I do 15 reps of each and you can do however many sets (I ran through 4). In this order of exercises you don’t need a break in between sets.
For the full climber workout;
>60 mins air dyne + warm up
>hang board workout with weight
>boulder - project day ~2hr
>gym circuit
