With all the wellness knowledge you have gained, learned from what has worked for you, do you ever encounter strangers in person whom you see struggling and you just want to sprinkle your knowledge their way - let them know that all CAN be ok? ... I've been finding myself feeling this way with these encounters...after having spent 3 months in Asia for my own self-healing and self-discovery, I suddenly feel an urge to help anyone I can, and it feels so deep and powerful. In a way, you are doing this by reaching many through your book, pod, etc 💚 Just curious about in-person encounters.

I think you are ah-may-zing! My question is how do I stay the best version of myself when I am dealing with a toxic person at work? I work in healthcare and I can't exactly ignore this person. There are times when I have to interact with her. I have had a one to one convo with her which didnt end well at all. There was a point where I felt very down because she talked so much crap about me, but after listening to your podcast it has really lifted my mood 🙌 so thank you ❤️

I'll be in west Tokyo later this month! What do you recommend I try to see? I won't have much time as I'm only there a few days and my priority will be spending time with my grandmother. We're planning to visit meiji jingu & shibuya per your recommendations in kintsugi wellness. Any other recommendations? I generally work out every day so appreciate any suggestions for staying active too <3 <3

For the pod:
In business, when your just stating out, is it better to listen to your intuition or to take the direction of other people? How do you know who you can trust?
What are your best self care tips for people who work full time and have a side hustle?
Do you ever tap into your ancestral calling or ever hear messages from your ancestors? If so, what is their message to you?

Hi Candice :) My name is Panisa and I would really love to hear your suggestions on how to find like minded people.. especially being a young artist/entrepreneur in New York with no money to join the club like soho house and the wing... but I still believe that the best things in life are free :D THANK YOU! Looking forward to listening to your next pod soon :) LU 💕💕

How do you practice self love, how do you combine healthy living with living in 2019, how do you deal with criticism in a world not very open to healthy living, how do you manage to stay healthy during your travels, and especially how did you manage to make a career in the healthy industry starting at the bottom?🖤🖤🖤
