cor_acao Sadly bought those shoes in Portugal at Bandarra LDA in Lisbon. The shoes showed quality defects after a month of use. The warranty of 2 years was accepted, but store don’t want to refund me the money - instead wants to give me a voucher. According to the EU Legislation this is mandatory, if the product is not substituted they should refund the money paid. Camper should review the shops authorized, your brand was completely miss-represented today at this store in Portugal. I feel wronged by trusting you as brand and the representation at the store mentioned above was the opposite in all ways.
