I am grateful for my children, my friends and I am grateful for my ability to love with no regrets.

I am going to try and do this at least once a week (to myself, not in insta 😂) what are you grateful for?

Apparently it’s proven that if you feel grateful (gratitude) it’s harder to feel anger, upset and pain at the same time.
