Boink (verb) \ bȯiŋk \ boinked; boinking; boinks: A technique for working up steep routes in which the climber kicks their feet toward their head, swinging into a pull-up in one motion and releasing at their high point. If performed properly, the belayer takes the slack at the exact moment that the climber releases the rope, springing them upward.
