Hey @lululemon! I have been an avid customer of yours for over seven years. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars, advocated for your brand (even during the not-so-good stages), stayed loyal, and brought so many friends and family into your stores. Everyone who knows me, knows how much I love everything you stand for. Recently, however, I had an incredibly negative experience that points me to feel discriminated against and singled out. After reaching out to your customer service regarding concerns I had with some of my clothing quality and integrity (half of which were recently purchased), I was told NONE of my clothing was returnable or exchangeable. After reaching out for an answer why, I was told “they were too loved” - even though I explained over and over this was not the case. I was ignored without resolution. I don’t like to play the race or discrimination card and I never do - but this is blatantly more than just your “opinion” about my dissatisfaction. I have had many, many friends return and exchange items that didn’t perform to the standard that’s promised with great ease.... yet I am jumping through hoop after hoop after hoop only to be told NONE (not even 1) of SEVERAL items that are CLEARLY returnable are not eligible. This message is not to deter others from your brand - but rather for me to get some clarification around the subjective rules that have been applied to me and not to others. Either it’s a matter of discrimination, or of the person on the other end reading my emails being dismissive and ignorant to a consumers negative experience.

Hi @lululemon, I was doing track- normally running ( not even sprinting) and my pants ripped as I tripped. I’ve bought these pair of tights earlier this year and I’m extremely disappointed that they ripped this easily. I’ve take really good care of them ( worn them about five times) and hand washed them. Can we please resolve this issue.
