🍃Carefully crafted from handpicked green tea leaves from our beloved Dolsongi Tea Garden on Jeju Island, Vintage Single Extract Essence is truly a labor of love.
The green tea leaves are naturally fermented in optimal conditions for 50 days. The fermented leaves are then transferred by tea masters and placed in to traditional Korean onggi's and buried in the earth to age naturally for another 50 days.
After 100 days of waiting and a 24-hours slow extraction process, Vintage Single Extract Essence is perfected.
