deepa_008 Will never ever recommend #westjetairlines to anyone ever. Have had the worse flying experience with very rude professionals. I was traveling from Montreal to LA with connections at Toronto and Calgary. After their first flight got delayed where I barely 15-20 min to reach the next gate, they closed the gate and said buy a new ticket for 999$. Even though I wanted to fly a day earlier for a medical emergency, all I could hear from them since you bought a e ticket we cannot make changes ( How the hell people book tickets in 21st century, by mail really!!!!) . To top it off with their fault of first flight being delayed they tell me to buy a new ticket to LA . Guys there are definitely better airlines out there like #aircanada. Infact every other airline is better than their professionals. Please share this as much as possible so that people choose wisely while booking their tickets and consider better options. #westjetworseairlineever

bsahmani my grandpa paid for a seat prior to flight & the seat was already paid for by another passenger !! He got moved as well 😡 my grandpa PAID for the seat and so did SOMEONE ELSE and they didn’t BOTHER TO FIX THIS ISSUE UNTIL RIGHT AT THE FLIGHT !! Completely unacceptable...
