Throwing it back to this old favorite! I made this blackberry vodka Collins a lot in 2008 which is also the year we got Rocco. This cocktail was even my cousin-in-laws’s first cocktail as a 21 year old. She’s lucky cause I have blurry memories of shots of tequila for my 21st 😊

Blackberry Vodka Collins
3/4 oz lemon
3 to 5 fresh blackberries
3/4 oz simple syrup
2 oz Vodka (I use @finlandia_vodka)
Club soda
Muddle blackberries with lemon and simple syrup, add the vodka and then shake with ice. Serve on the rocks and top with club soda.
