Our third creative challenge, as part of the brand’s new chapter and our obligation to make the right choices, is to support our local community here in East London by eating and drinking local produce where possible.⠀

There are many good reasons for eating locally. Choosing food that has travelled fewer miles (and therefore used less fuel) is better for the environment. We’re asking you to consider where the food you are buying is coming from. Seasonal food is not only fresher but more likely to have come from your area’s farmers, which means you are supporting local businesses.⠀

Our beer of choice in the RÆBURN Lab is @ToastAle; local beer brewed from surplus bread with all profits going to charity to end food waste. Our friends at @CanoWater, who we have collaborated with on a project for London Zoo, provide an infinitely recyclable alternative to single use plastic bottles. Finally, our coffee of choice, @RedemptionRoasters helps young offenders successfully reintegrate into society by not only teaching them roasting and barista skills but also helping them secure employment once out of prison.⠀
