Hey gang. This may look like a glass of scotch but it’s actually deliciously brewed iced tea by yours truly! We’ve started taste testing iced teas for spring and summer to include in future @tearunners boxes and in store and I’ve shared one method of many on my stories on how to make a great iced tea. I used our Wild Thai Black which is just insanely good iced as suspected.. Have your own methods on how to brew iced tea? Let me know!
So many good seasonal teas coming to our online store and subscription boxes soon!

We cold brew our iced tea, using up to 12 bags of tea in a 4L jug. We allow to steep for at least 24 hours, but as we enjoy a hearty tea flavour, we often let it sit 36ish hours. For black tea, we use our favourite lemon juice, and minor amounts of sugar (approximately 1cup juice to around 1/2 cup sweetener). Tastes amazing! If we are doing herbal tea, we simply steep and flavour in our own cups (since we have massively different ideals for sweetness and herbal tea).

I've recently started making sun tea with chamomile, rose hips, and bourbon infused black tea. If I roll the black tea in honey first, it takes longer for it to brew so the herbs come through very nicely.

I like to put 4 tea bags in a 2-quart container with cold or room temperature water, and I let it sit for a day. It gives a stronger but crisp flavor!

I make iced tea from my tea runners leaves all the time, and I love it! I can't wait to taste something that's specifically supposed to be iced.

I’m very much a tea girl, not a coffee drinker (ew.) I’m excited to check this out. And as a Georgia native, I am indeed fueled by iced tea.

I like to sun-brew many teas in the summer. A floral like hibiscus or prickly pear, herbal and black teas all brew more mellow this way.
