I developed an educational clinic for athletes, coaches, as well as parents and I am soo happy to say that my workshop was a success! I really enjoyed shearing this very special and unique new experience with everybody in this clinic. I hope everyone walked away with a piece of information they can apply in their own unique way. Thanks to Interdisciplinary Studies Program at @plymouthstate University I was able to create the coolest applied project which is unique and very personal to me.
