Our Nomad Capsule Collection was inspired by rain. More specifically: People who create art out of it. Kouichi Okamoto is a Japanese acoustic artist who uses the noises created by precipitation to make epic, emotive soundscapes. For Okamoto, rain is an endless wellspring of creativity. “Rain brings both blessing and disaster,” he says. His life’s work is understanding it deeper, making sense of this chaos.
