cgngny A few months ago, I bought a continental size luggage from your store in Istanbul (Akmerkez Mall) / Turkey. During my third trip with it, even if I kept it with me in the cabin, when I took it from the storage area from the upside, I saw big scratch on the front. I took the luggage with me to your store where I have bought it; but, they directly told me that they could not do anything and this is my fault and I could apply to the airline for that. I told them that I was not asking for an exchange with a new bag; but, at least they could inspect the bag and offer me a suggestion like changing that part of the bag or covering that part with the same material. As you can imagine, the answer that I got is really incomprehensible. Unfortunately, maybe you can do something or not; but, this is really an upsetting experience for me. I have sent a DM including my contact details. Thanks in advance @tumitravel
