I need someone from corporate to contact me today please. Missed my flight out of ATL due to Masters crowd/traffic. Paid to be moved to a flight to this morning bc all flights yesterday were booked & standby was packed from passengers held from the storm the night before. I went to counter to print pass and it said to rebook for today’s same flight it was $110. I had questions so I went to the Special Services counter...she then charged me $200 for the same exact flight. Why did I pay $90 extra? I would like someone to contact me today about this.

@delta just came from a trip to Washington DC, the return flight to Vegas got changed due to weather in MI, the gate changed and I barely made it to the new gate so my carryon had to be checked, the lady at gate assured me and a family going overseas that our luggage will be there when we got to our destination it was NOT, my child was in hospital when I returned Friday so when I got my bag yesterday, MY WALLET WAS MISSING OUT OF IT??

@delta we’ve been At LaGuardia for 17 hours and counting. We were supposed depart at 6:15pm yesterday. Our flight has been delayed and given a new departure time 9 times. We’re exhausted, we haven’t slept as we weren’t given enough notice to even book hotels. 6 delta flights that were scheduled AFTER ours have left for Chicago. This is not weather to blame, this is poor planning and customer service on Delta’s part. Please advise.

@delta lost me and my sons luggage along with 4 other passengers from flight 1919 Friday April 12,2019. From Boston to Orlando. We didn't have anything I had spend lots of money to buy clothes for our trip, and all they had to say was walt 5 days to start a claim. I want my stuff and reimbursement for unessacry3 money I had to spend. My son's first trip ruined. The staff was not helpful enough either.

I took my 79 year old mother to the airport (MSP) today. My brother had purchased her a ticket on an airline other than Delta. We walked up to the line to check her bag with 35 other people. There was ONE AGENT checking non-First Class people in with no sign of reinforcement in site. I said, out loud, “This is why I only fly Delta, mother.” ???? @delta

delta I want to extend my biggest thanks to you guys for re booking my aunts friend after his flight got delayed too many times to the point where it got cancelled thanks for helping them re book for free shortly after wasn’t expecting that ? but he got back home safely today Thanks Delta I extend my kudos to you guys
