Equipment ・ Scissors ・ Toaster Oven ・ Parchment paper ・ Paperweight or any kind of weight ・ Tweezer ・ Pin Vise ・ UV light ・ Pen for paint resin . Steps 1. Cut shrink plastic printed space. 2. Toast it in toaster oven. Once it shrank and soft, put paperweight on it and make it flat. 3. Make a hole into tweezer using pin vise and lace ring C. 4. Paint resin and hologram glitter to back of shrink plastic and light using UV light for four minutes. 5. Paint hologram glitter and resin to face of it. Put silver and gold glitter along stipe. UV light for four minutes. 6. Let it into your earnings. .
