adory_petrocelli Where is this? I’m from NYC and never see this on the streets so I’m wondering where they have scooters like this. I’m sure eventually it’ll get to my city as well... just a bunch of assholes being disrespectful. Are they owned by the city, like citibikes in NYC, if it was theirs and could be stolen this wouldn’t happen.

reeny_08 I would say this is more a human issue than a scooter issue. What is with people being so disrespectful throwing them in the water and leaving them around with little care. That is what is messed up about it.

madame_marie95 I love them when I visit my brother in LA! I just wish they were like the ones here in South Carolina, those have spots you pick them up at and return them. If not you’re fined or they are reported stolen.
