fragrancegaitara I had one of the best experiences yesterday at Lush Oxford. I’ve been meaning to find a facial routine but it always seemed so daunting. I just walked in to the shop for the first time ever and I pretty much had no idea what was what, but not long after your lovely staff member- (I think her name was Nicole if I remember correctly, originally from Witney, now Barton came to my rescue, super approachable with all my questions and your prices were surprisingly affordable! I felt so comfortable even with my 10month old who was on the verge of having her ‘I haven’t napped tantrum’. Anyway just thought I’d share my lovely experience from someone who hates shopping!

ohmysweetlush Hi Lush! The inconsistency in the quality of your products these days are heartbreaking. I love Sleepy body lotion. I fell in love with it during christmas 2016. I swore not to be without it. It was sweet, lavendery and so cosy. The scent reminded me of some sort of bakery. But the last couple pots I’ve bought bear no resemblence to the original scent. It’s not sweet, it’s not comforting. It’s a lotiony, medical type of scent. What happened? Did you change the scent formula? If so - why? Sleepy was so popular because of it’s scent. What happened?

yoitsemma Hi lush, not to cause any trouble but I was told that lush will be coming to Blackpool a few months ago and I have been waiting. I would love to get a job at lush. If you think that there aren’t any shops there are a few. We really need it because people in Blackpool who like lush have to go all the way to Preston and some of us don’t have cars please bring it there are like 3-4 empty shops that are just the right size, I think that the best place is is where trade nation used to be

stephh.89 @lush after a bit of advice, I’ve been using your vegan shampoo bars for a little while, I’ve tried 3 and they seem to leave a greasy residue on my hair after washing, weather I use conditioner or not. It’s almost like I haven’t washed it at all! I really don’t want to go back to bottled shampoo, is there anything you recommend? Never had this problem before 😩😩

scentedpsyche I wish Lush would engage with it's customers/fan base again. I know there is always going to be trolls,hate and complaints but I believe this is heavily outwayed by positive interactions. I feel it's better to focus on the good influence that social media can have. Love you guys, appreciate your company and hope to see you on here again soon!💚🙏
