I bought Honda Accord (1HGCR3692HA600925) on 20 th of July 2017 from Saudi Arabia Jeddah branch. At the same day, all tires had a a problem at the inflated air with a wornig on the front screen. However, the sales man at (abdullah hashim) the local dealership at Saudi arabia advice me to ignore this problem and fill the tires woth air . After 3 months, all tires were cracked. I went to Honda company and unfortunately, they already known about this tires defect but they ignored my complaint and asked me to wait for their response. I made many complaints at 1000km and 5000km as the problem was the same and they kept ignoring . Its 15th of may 2019 ,which is 2 years later without any solution. Can you imagine that the spare tire is already cracked
Honda company is well known as a prestigious company and such as this inconvenience incidence in addition to having a messed up customer service is not be acceptable to a part of your executive process and ethics. This could affect Honda customers opinions who trust the company ethics.
I would like to ask for a new tires for my Honda or return my car as its not reliable that I buy a car with unsafe tires. This is affect my life before any thing else.
