lidilikas 國泰航空真是垃圾航空公司，真是恥辱。客服人員姚小姐直接語音challenge 客戶的理解能力。明明在出發前一天打電話確認過，客服人員只會讀條款，並沒有直接告訴客戶套票不可以只使用其中一張，而客戶已經跟客服人員說了要使用一張。國泰客服和投訴管理部門的服務水準太差了！直接challenge客戶的理解能力！簡直太讓人失望了
