The Poke, the recipe for which was passed directly to us by Chef Jayson Kanekoa of the Hawaii Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa. 🏩Jayson came to Japan in the summer of 2017, and this is his signature dish that has won many contests in Hawaii.
