ガラ・ゴンザレスさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ガラ・ゴンザレスInstagram)「I’m very lucky because my job allows me to travel over 1/3 of the year, unfortunately as time passes I struggle to properly disconnect because even when I say to myself I’m on “holidays” I’m simply working like any other day, shooting content and waking up at random times to catch conference calls. In the past decade we’ve created a new job with no timetables and complete freedom but I sometimes wonder if this so called freedom has actually become our curse. We literally never stop. Allowing myself, or I should say: forcing myself to disconnect is the biggest gift I give to myself a couple times a year. I try to focus on getting my body and mind reconnected again and to worry only about the number one thing that really matters: my health. If I’m not mentally and physically healthy it means I could loose control and everything I worked for would be gone in a split second. . Thank you @joalimaldives for being the perfect cure.
