My take on counting calories for over a month:

B) Its an effort but it truly makes me eat more consciously.

C) I am a cheater because I don’t track unhealthy foods. ⠀⠀
What about you? Did you ever used any calorie count app?

I’m trying to track calories, but it’s hard for me to figure out when I’m cooking from scratch. It’s just so much work to figure out how many calories each individual ingredient adds! ??♀️ And I too was the queen of carbs, and then I tried to cut out carbs, but as soon as I ate one thing with carbs I would need to eat about 12 candy bars because the taste of sugar after neglecting myself for so long was like a vampire tasting human blood! ?? ?♀️

I've been using MyFitnessPal and a Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro since January. I have also been strength training 4 times per week with at least 2 cardio sessions. I'm much stronger and have lost 28lbs as of today. Calorie tracking for me has been the biggest factor in this.

Not really. It’s easy if you only eat prepackaged
If you have to crest recipes,calories, measurements it’s a hassle
Go to the point just speed and distance and that was it until. I’m done with it

Yeah I use one as well, and I don’t count any drinks unless it’s a smoothie/shake. Like you said, I’m a carb king lol
