Yesterday I released the second Long Ambient album(for free on @wetransfer and streaming everywhere and on @calm ), and I also made a @spotify playlist called ‘sleep and calm’. It’s NINE hours of very very calm ambient music, for sleep or meditation or just calm background. For most of my life I have battled anxiety and insomnia and racing thoughts, so most of this music I actually made for myself, and I’m putting it out there in the hope that other people who battle anxiety and insomnia and racing thoughts might get some use out of it.
