When #CycloneIdai swept through his home town in #Mozambique last month, Lúcio Carlos, 21, didn't hesitate to help. He's carrying five-year-old Luisa to treatment after suffering from fever and vomiting. "Our greatest value is life. We are here for everyone who has suffered from the cyclone," says Lúcio, a member of the Mozambique Scout League.
