This is the French onion soup @caitlinraux moved to Paris for, and it's causing us to consider the same. 👋✈️ Copious amounts of onions are cooked down in white wine and cream until they turn a rich deep brown and cause your kitchen to smell divine. 💆‍♀️ After a quick simmer in some stock, it's topped off with a large slice of toasted hole-y country bread and a heaping handful of Gruyere before heading into the oven 'til that cheese is bubbly and browned. 🧀 Grab the recipe (+ Caitlin's love letter to Paris) via the link in our bio!
