One Saturday am, Michelle and Katie and I drove to Charlotte to go to a clothing store called Capitol where we met the stylish and sweet owner @lauravinroot. Michelle and Katie shopped but I was so nervous-I was used to buying my clothes at the mall, and I'd never bought myself anything fancy or expensive like these clothes. In the end, I bought one dress that I loved but the whole experience began my love of really beautiful and beautifully made clothing. I even wore the dress to some red carpet event where I awkwardly posed(swipe for that gem) Years later, one of my closest friends @ireneneuwirth was talking about HER friend Laura who lived in North Carolina and owned the most beautiful boutique there-it didn't take much to put it together. TONIGHT, I got to celebrate Laura and Irene's new store which they just opened here in LA, wearing a beautiful dress by the wonderful @peterpilotto. And anyway. That's the story.
